Colombia El Tambo is produced by members of ASMUCAFE, an association of women coffee growers based in El Tambo, Cauca.
Grown at elevations between 1,400 and 2,000 meters, this washed coffee combines familiar Colombian sweetness with a lively fruit character. The cup opens with toffee and cooked grape, followed by gentle notes of fresh tropical fruit.
Tartaric acidity gives the coffee a grape-like brightness, while candy-like sweetness creates a clean and satisfying finish. Brew it as drip or pour-over to highlight its clarity, balance, and layered fruit profile.
